If you change your mind about a product you bought, you can return it and you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used, or we exchange it for another, whatever you prefer. We will request you nothing, neither filling a form. We will only ask you:
– Books: If you requested a signed book, we cannot proceed with a refund, as it is a customized product. In case you change your mind and want a refund of your books, and they are not signed, they must be returned in the original conditions, it must be unopened and the plastic film packaging is intact. If in doubt about the content, contact us or watch the video available on the description of the product, it should help. In the event that we consider the book has been maliciously modified, manipulated, copied or used in violation of the intellectual property rights, we would not perform the refund, and we can consider taking legal actions.
You must have the original receipt, and goods must be part of the current product range. For a refund, the products must be returned in perfect conditions. Please, to avoid possible breakage, secure items properly, it is best to use a rigid cardboard box and a good amount of cushioning material.
The shipping costs of the return will be borne by the buyer. Defective books of figures will be replaced without any additional cost.
Our return policy is to accept the return of goods if you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
