Make an order
All orders will be processed within 48-72 hours of order confirmation.
Payment
Angel Giraldez S.L. offers two payment methods, Paypal and Credit Card.
Credit Cards: VISA and MASTER CARD.
If you pay with VISA or Master Card, your card will be charged when the order is placed. If the POS notify that the customer card has been refused, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed of the cancellation online. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, the issuing bank must be a member of the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (SET). Payments with cards that do not comply with this requirement will not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
BOX ART products are entirely handmade and personalised, so you cannot cancel them once they have been sent.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal with the other shop products. Just send an email to info@angelgiraldez.com and they will take care of it as easily and quickly as possible.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we will refund your money or exchange your purchase for any other product. We will not raise any objection or ask you to fill in any form. However, the product must maintain the following conditions:
-Miniature: It must not be modified, painted or assembled and must remain in perfect condition, as well as its box, protection and packaging without external damage. If we found that the product have been exposed to malicious manipulation, use, copying or illegal reproductions, we retain the right to refuse the return and to take the appropriate legal actions.
-Books: If you have ordered a signed book, we will not be able to return it as it is a personalised product. If you do not want the books and they are not signed, you must keep the original protective plastic without any damage and in perfect condition. If you have any doubts about the contents, please contact us or watch the video we include in the product file, it will help you. If it is found to have been exposed to malicious manipulation, use, copying or illegal reproduction, we retain the right to refuse the return and to take appropriate legal actions.
-BoxArt: We do not accept returns of this product.
For effective returns, you must retain proof of purchase, the product must be part of the current product range and all products must be well preserved and received in perfect conditions. Please make sure you protect them well when returning them, the best option for the shipping is use a rigid box and extra protection.
We are not responsible for the return cost. In case of damage or defect of your book or miniature, we will send you another unit of the product at no additional cost.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to contact us. Payment for the return will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product after checking that it complies with the above conditions.

Security and Protection
Angelgiraldez.com comply with the SLL security protocols.
We also use the 3DSecure system in the payment gateways, redirecting your data to secure servers without us being able to access or store them. This allows you to keep your payment information as secure as possible.

Cancel an order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, giving us the reference number, and we will try to cancel it. If this is possible, you will receive a full refund within 3 working days of informing us of your decision.
If your order has already been shipped, we will provide you with a return address and a full refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your order in resalable conditions.
Shipping costs for returns will be paid by the buyer.
Shipping policies
Deliveries are made by MailBoxes (working with the best shipping companies such as UPS, Fedex, Correos Express, etc) within 48 hours of placing your order. The cost of delivery is indicated when you place your order according to your delivery address. The delivery time will be a legal maximum of 30 days, but you will receive it around 24/48 hours from the shipment for orders to Spain, 7-20 days for Europe and between one and three weeks for the rest of the world. Angel Giraldez S.L. is not responsible for the delays caused by weather conditions, disasters, public holidays, strikes, shipping company problems. We will do our best to help but sometimes problems happen beyond our control.
We ship orders to as many countries in the world as possible but if you don’t see your country in the list when ordering your products, please send us an email to info@angelgiraldez.com and we will be glad to help and offer you different shipping options.
Shipping costs for returns will be paid by the buyer.
Customs and duties
Angel Giraldez S.L. is not responsible for the customs costs and duties of each country. All these costs will be responsibility of the customer. Please, keep in mind this when placing an order 🙂
